After much discussion and deliberation with many of you and after considering many options, I'm going to keep things simple (simple is always best): beginning today, you have access to a new paid subscription tier on the site.
Who's it for?
This tier is for those of you working in the industry and directly or indirectly involved in your corporate innovation strategy, or driving a specific innovation initiative.
It's a flat annual fee of €450, with no additional or hidden costs.
What will you get?
- Everything that is included with the current FREE Tier, which is a weekly brief on a key innovation topic, a hot take on a business issue, or a series of articles on a specific innovation practice.
- Three exclusive one-hour online KEYNOTES every year for our paying subscribers only, on a topic we'll decide together (I'll do my best at polling something that will make sense and have interest for everyone).
- Exclusive articles and briefings to explore further issues or discover innovation tools and approaches that are seldom (if ever) taught in business schools.
But wait, that's not all!
The first 30 subscribers will also have access to my limited series on how to Kickstart a Consulting Business, a fiercely focused 9-step template to sharpen and develop consulting skills (whether as an independent or within a company, as an internal consultant on key practices).

In case you're asking, I don't expect to make huge profits with this paying subscription tier or retire from consulting anytime soon – though, if I roll in a few million euros, I will let you know.
But time is my most limited resource, and the idea is to justify spending more time interacting and actively exchanging with some of you who enjoy and value my modest contributions to the innovation field.
Consider this a social experiment between us... 😊
It also means that, depending on how it goes, I might make additional resources available, such as some of our online training or parts of my Executive MBA classes. But again, we'll see...
