Mentoring is talked about in so many contexts and with so many different forms that I feel it is key to come back to basics. Here are two short videos (in French) extracted from a much longer webinar / interview with Véronique Chapelain, Director of Executive Talents Development at Pôle emploi (French unemployment agency). In the first one, I share the simple and profound definition of mentoring so hopefully you will get a much subtler understanding of what it is. And in the second one I give more precision and talk about what it is not.
