On April 2, I will attend as a speaker the “Key Success Factors to better Technology Transfer” conference organized by the Méditerranée Technologies and MET3 networks.
I’m part of the session 1 that will discuss the key success factors to make sure that startups are good vehicles for technology transfer.
And these are the slides I will use to talk about CEO / CFO / CTO superpowers, the role of “sidekicks”, and mentors. But also, on how to create appropriate “accidents” to help scientists develop these superpowers.
