Culture, disruption, exec committees, and premium newsletter

Just a quick note to say I'm well and simply very busy, which is the reason I've had less time writing as of late.
- A trip to Paris to work with a group of high-potential execs from the largest building-material manufacturer worldwide on why business culture matters and how to leverage it in terms of strategy and operations.
- A follow-up to Munich with the global innovation team of one of the ABCD companies (the four dominant agribusiness trading houses) to discuss innovation strategy in chaotic times (surprise, surprise).
- A few startup networks and large companies needing to set up their next year's innovation webschool programs.
- Putting my book project on hold – maybe indefinitely, I need to write about this at some point (making mental note).
- And lastly, I've been asking a few of you about the evolution of the newsletter with a premium tier. I'm not seeing it with enough clarity yet, but the working project is an annual €350 opt-in tier with the same articles as everyone else, but with a quarterly invite-only online keynote on a seasonal topic.
