FoodTech Catalyst

FoodTech Catalyst is a new online seminar series developed within the European project FoodTech Entrepreneur BootCamp, and I will participate in tonight's event, organized by SmiLe Venture Hub and Genopole.

This free program is set to become a meeting point for innovators looking to transform breakthrough ideas into scalable businesses in the foodtech sector. Over the coming weeks, participants will dive into essential topics that shape entrepreneurial success: defining a strong value proposition and market positioning (that would be me 😌), navigating industrialization and scaling (Oliver Fuss), understanding regulatory landscapes (Helena Nilsson), and securing financing (Nicolas Pershaf and Stéphane Soum).

Each session will not only provide expert insights but also open the floor for meaningful discussions, allowing entrepreneurs to connect, ask questions, and refine their strategies.

My session today on defining and positioning a startup value proposition will utilize the tools and strategies available through our startup web school program, which is accessible to both our public and private partners, as well as our startup networks.
